  • Tan Delta testing of CT, CVT, Breaker, Power Transformer and Generator.
  • Circuit Breaker Operation Analyzer test for testing Circuit Breakers of all types .
  • SF6 Gas Moisture measurement test.
  • Cable fault locator test for LT and HT under ground cables.
  • Also we are going to enter in some special testing like thermo vision, Frequency Response Analyzer(FRA) and Partial Discharge(PD) check for power transformers.

    VOLTECH TRANSFORMERS PVT.LTD

    The company has been set up and headed by a technocrat and has a dynamic team of qualified and experience professionals. VOLTECH TRANSFORMERS PVT.LTD. has full fledged facilities for design, manufacture, material handling, testing and Servicing of a wide range of Transformers upto 5 MVA 33 KV Class. The manufacturing unit at Chennai in Tamil Nadu State has a built up area of 10,000 sq. feet land. Manufacturing capacity totals 100 MVA per year

    • REPAIRS:
      Repairs of Power and Distribution Transformers upto 5 MVA 33 KV including changing of complete windings, insulation. Such repairs are carried out at various sites in India where adequate handling and working facilities are available.
      CONVERSION
      • Ø Voltage ratio conversion: Eg. Converting 66/11 KV to 33/11 KV i.e. to a lower voltage ratio.
      • Ø Off Circuit Tapping Switch to On Load Tap Changer: By changing the existing windings and fitting On Load Tap Changer so that the existing transformer can handle voltage fluctuations without switching off the transformer.

    • CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT

      By providing extra cooling through the addition of fans, and/ or additional radiators etc.

    • EXTERNAL MODIFICATIONS
      • Converting cable box to Bare Bushing and vice versa
      • Converting PILC Cable box to XLPE Cable box.
      • Changing from Welded tube radiators to pressed sheet steel radiators.

    • OVERHAULING
      Life enhancement by taking up total insulation changing, oil filtration/ replacement, sludge removal from the windings, replacement of gaskets, servicing of accessories, painting and routine testing.
    • SPARES
      We can supply all the transformer accessories and in case of obsolete parts modifications can be suggested/ carried out.
